据美国联邦公报消息，8月3日美国农产品运销局（AMS）发布公告，按照美国国家有机标准委员会（NOSB）的建议，修订《国家有机产品计划》，将五种物质从有机投入物列表（National List）删除。
 

　　这5种物质为非有机非农类物质，它们是溶菌酶（蛋清）、环己胺、十八胺、二乙氨基乙醇、焦磷酸钠。该五种物质的使用期限至2016年9月12日。

　　This final rule addresses recommendations submitted to the Secretary of Agriculture （Secretary） by the National Organic Standards Board （NOSB） following their April 2015 meeting. These recommendations pertain to the 2016 sunset review of substances on the U.S. Department of Agriculture's （USDA） National List of Allowed and Prohibited Substances （National List）.
 

　　Consistent with the recommendations from the NOSB, this final rule removes five nonorganic nonagricultural substances from the National List for use in organic handling: Egg white lysozyme, cyclohexylamine, diethylaminoethanol, octadecylamine, and tetrasodium pyrophosphate when their use exemptions （allowances） expire on September 12, 2016.
